Commercial heat presses are highly recommended on transfers. Please note that this is only a transfer that you are purchasing. A house iron or easy press may not work properly.

Ariella's Crafts & More Co. does not assume responsibility for operator error. Keep in mind that all presses vary. It is also highly recommended that there are extra transfers ordered to leave room for error.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address:

In the unfortunate event that your order is returned due to inadequate information provided during checkout, the shipping cost will be needed to reship the items.

In order to avoid delay in delivery, please ensure the accuracy of the address and any other pertinent information at checkout.

Shipping:

Please note that the shipping time that you select at checkout applies only to the shipping speed by the delivery provider. We only ship to the Continental United States. The turnaround time remains the same, regardless of the shipping speed you select.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We highly recommend you purchase the extended insurance on every order to ensure you are protected. Ariella's Crafts & More Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
